Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care in a primary care setting.
• Access and interpret patient data to identify age-specific needs.
• Maintain accurate and complete charting documentation.
• Demonstrate phlebotomy and laboratory testing techniques as required.
• Work without direct supervision while following provider orders.
• Perform triage to assess patient condition within scope.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with office staff and Practice Management.
• Support practice and system goals and coordinate clinical staffing and lab activity.
• Guard patient and staff confidentiality.
