Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Innovation, Marketing, R&D, Packaging, or Supply Chain within cosmetics or FMCG.
• Proven end-to-end NPL or innovation project management from concept to commercialization.
• Strong project management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English.

• Ensuring on-time and in-full (OTIF) and in-quality (IQ) management of all NPL projects.
• Proactively preparing decision-making fundamentals and escalating critical issues as needed.
• Articulating compelling project presentations to gatekeepers for approvals.
• Providing goal-oriented functional leadership to the NPL Core Team.
• Strategically steering cross-functional resources to maximize project profitability.
• Serving as a trusted consultant to project owners, representing entrepreneurial perspective.
• Collaborating with project owners to clarify briefs and establish roadmaps.
• Driving continuous improvement of the NPL process with leadership.
