Job summary

CERN is seeking a motivated communications professional to share the excitement of the Next Generation Triggers project with technical audiences and the general public. You will develop strategic communications, manage social media campaigns, and maintain CERN-related websites and publications with strong visual identity.

You will collaborate with IT, openlab, ATLAS and CMS teams, and support STEAM Academy communications and events, ensuring alignment with central rules and high-quality

Qualifications

• Degree in communications, science communication or related field.
• Max 2 years of professional experience since graduation.
• No CERN fellow or graduate contract history.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic NGT/HLP communication plans across channels.
• Plan, create and coordinate social media content and campaigns.
• Develop and manage NGT website content with strong UX and visuals.
• Create publications and visual materials using InDesign and Illustrator.
• Coordinate communication between NGT management and central teams.
• Support CERN STEAM Academy communications and events.
