Job summary

Roche is seeking a Digital Biomarker Science & Technology Neuroscience Lead to guide the scientific vision of digital biomarker solutions for Neurology. You will engage with BioPharma customers, translate data into strategies, and drive acceptance of sensor-based outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional squads, collaborate with RIS and Roche Diagnostics, and shape scientific communications for internal and external audiences while advancing clinical trial endpoints.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Life Sciences or related field with 10+ years in pharma/digital health.
• Proven publications in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.
• Experience with senior stakeholder mgmt and external collaborations.
• Deep scientific product management in large Pharma/Medtech.

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific product research & development and roadmaps.
• Drive regulatory strategy for digital endpoints and qualification.
• Represent Roche scientifically in pre-sales conversations for RPM and Digital Biomarker.
• Develop scientific core messages for product marketing.
• Co-author high-profile publications and attend conferences.
• Grow influence as scientific digital biomarker expert inside and outside Roche.
