Nestlé invites a fresh graduate to join as a NeStep Talent in Talent Acquisition Analytics & Operations in Vevey, Switzerland. The 12-month temporary program combines project ownership with structured learning and mentoring, designed to simplify and automate TA insights for better decision-making.

You will design reporting ecosystems, automate steps, and deliver dashboards that support hiring teams and candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor’s or master’s degree completed within last 12 months).
• Strong academic background in analytics, data, or digital technologies.
• Keen interest in leveraging data and digital tools to drive process improvements.
• Comfortable with evolving priorities in a collaborative environment.
• Clear communication with stakeholders; candidate and team engagement.

Aufgaben

• Designing a clear Talent Acquisition reporting ecosystem by mapping data sources, dashboards, indicators and audiences.
• Automating reporting steps to improve efficiency and data quality.
• Creating accessible dashboards and insights for data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Integrating external recruitment market trends to enrich analysis and strategic workforce discussions.
• Supporting operational excellence across recruitment activities and events.
