Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG is seeking a dedicated NDT Inspector to perform non-destructive testing on aircraft parts using MT, PT, and RT per established drawings and procedures.

The role requires Level 2 certifications in MT/PT per EN 4179, with RT as an advantage; Level 3 is beneficial. Fluency in German or English and ability to read technical drawings are essential.

Qualifikationen

• MT and PT Level 2 certification according to EN 4179; RT advantageous.
• Level 3 certification according to EN 4179 is an advantage.
• Fluent German or English (written and spoken); English minimum level B1.
• Able to independently perform inspections according to instructions and specifications.
• Understands component and assembly drawings and able to create inspection instructions.

• Perform non-destructive testing on aircraft parts made of various materials using the following methods:
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
• Penetrant Testing (PT)
• Radiographic Testing (RT) – optional
• Prepare inspection reports and inspection instructions.
• Create defect documentation and non-conformance reports.

With this you convince us

• Completed technical studies and experience in mechanical construction
• MT and PT Level 2 certification according to EN 4179 and additional methods such as RT, ET, VT, and UT are advantageous
• Level 3 certification according to EN 4179 is an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge and fluent German or English, written and spoken; English minimum level B1
• Able to independently perform inspections according to instructions and specifications.
• Understands component and assembly drawings.and able to create inspection instructions
