Experienced Full-Time Nanny Required – Geneva, Switzerland

A private family based in Geneva is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced, and dedicated Nanny to take over from their maternity nurse who is due to finish her 3 months in December 2026. Having welcomed their first child in September, the family is now looking for a long-term professional to support their child’s development and become an integral part of their household staff for many years to come.

Position Overview

• Start Date: December 2026
• Location: Geneva, Switzerland
• Schedule: Full-time
• Arrangement: Live-in or Live-out options available
• Longevity: Ideally seeking a candidate looking for a long-term commitment of 15+ years to develop with the family as it matures

Key Requirements

• Work Permit: Swiss work permit holders or Swiss residents are highly preferred. Exceptional EU passport holders willing to relocate will be considered.
• Languages: Fluency in English and French is essential.
• Driving: A clean, valid driving license is required.
• Experience: Proven track record working as a high-end nanny with infants and toddlers. Excellent checkable references are mandatory.

Package & Accommodation

• Salary: 90,000 to 100,000 CHF gross per annum
• Live-in Option: Accommodation can be provided (details can be discussed during the interview process).
