You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, security, and building systems to maximise uptime and reliability, and manage asset lifecycle from monitoring to renewal planning.

You will ensure safety and compliance, coordinate with contractors, and support documentation and reporting using Corrigo.

Manage the complete technical asset lifecycle—from monitoring and documentation to strategic renewal planning. Every intervention you perform via our Corrigo ticketing system contributes directly to operational excellence.* **Champion Safety and Compliance** Work hand-in-hand with the Workplace Operation Leader to ensure full compliance with local regulations and HSE standards. Obtain necessary work permits, conduct risk assessments, and manage Permits to Work according to established protocols. Your attention to detail keeps everyone safe.* **Drive Performance Through Systems** Apply maintenance management systems rigorously, tracking every work order from creation to completion in Corrigo. Collaborate with system administrators, generate comprehensive activity reports, and ensure our preventative maintenance programs run like clockwork.* **Build Strong Partnerships** Communicate effectively across all levels—from contractors to senior executives. Partner with Workplace Experience coordinators and Floor Ambassadors to deliver seamless service. Your professionalism and proactive communication style will be key to your success.* **Support Innovation and Growth** Contribute technical expertise to projects, assist with commissioning phases, and cross-train with team members.
