  • Experience designing creator tools, video editing workflows, content management systems (CMS), or media publishing platforms.
  • Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional UX designers and managing multi-year product design goals.
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other related link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities
  • Modernize core upload and publish flows, smart drafts, and comprehensive metadata editing to take the anxiety and friction out of publishing. Lead the design of intuitive interfaces that ensure creators can confidently and efficiently publish their content.
  • Craft intelligent, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered tools and optimizations for titles, thumbnails, tags, and metadata that maximize a creator’s reach and audience engagement. Transform complex machine learning models into accessible, actionable insights for creators.
  • Empower storytelling through advanced capabilities like title and thumbnail A/B testing and seamless integrations with powerful video editing platforms. Streamline creator workflows from creation through post-production.
