Harmattan AI is seeking a Module Lead for Guidance & Control to own the roadmap and drive the team in a fast-paced defense-focused environment. You will manage interfaces to other modules and ensure delivery against ambitious milestones.

The role requires MSc/PhD in relevant fields, proven experience shipping guidance/control software on real vehicles, and strong leadership. Based in Lausanne, Paris or Zurich with English fluency and French a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Shipped guidance or control software on real vehicles and able to read flight logs.
• Proven experience leading an engineering team against external deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead the Guidance & Control team, from hiring plans to engineer growth.
• Define and own the module roadmap, milestones, priorities and trade-offs.
• Set design for guidance, motion planning, and control laws across airframes.
• Define interfaces to adjacent modules, align with product and systems teams.
• Flight verification through campaigns with flight test teams and data review.
