Qualifikationen

• Experience with Microsoft and Windows environments.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Windows clients and servers.
• Initial exposure to Citrix is beneficial.
• Understanding of structured IT service processes.
• PowerShell, Intune or Microsoft Graph knowledge is advantageous.
• Completed IT apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional German language skills.
• English or French would be advantageous.
• Category B driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Operate Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Maintain Windows clients and servers.
• Support and maintain Citrix components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents.
• Manage service requests and changes.
• Maintain hardware, software and technical documentation.
• Support Workplace, Cloud and Infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with System Engineering, Network and Security teams.
