Job summary

Kallysoft is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to advise customers on BC & CRM, implement configurations, and collaborate with partners and internal teams. The role involves guiding projects from start to go-live, customizing solutions, and training users across industries.

Strong German and English skills are required, with an openness to ongoing learning. We value experience with Dynamics BC/CRM, finance or logistics knowledge, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM.
• Good understanding of business processes in Dynamics BC/CRM.
• Knowledge in finance, warehouse management, purchasing, manufacturing or sales.
• Configuration experience is required.
• AL programming experience is an advantage.
• MB-820 / MB-800 certification is an advantage.
• Experience with Continia Document Capture is an advantage.
• Degree in business studies is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot is desired.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Field Service is an advantage.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Open, flexible, independent and easy to get along with.

• Responsibility for system configuration and customisation with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM
• Integrating third-party systems in close collaboration with our development team
• Guiding customers from project start through go-live and hypercare to support
• Training customers and employees on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM

Your profile

• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM
• Good understanding of the business processes in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central & CRM
• Good knowledge of at least one of the following areas (finance, warehouse management, purchasing, manufacturing, sales)
• Configuration experience is required
• Programming experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (AL) an advantage
• Relevant Microsoft certification (MB-820 / MB-800) an advantage
• Experience with Continia Document Capture an advantage
• Completed degree in business studies an advantage
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot desired
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Customer Service and Field Service is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
