25hours Hotels in Zürich seeks a dynamic sales professional to act as brand ambassador for the 25hours brand and Mama Shelter. You will develop personal contacts with business partners and customers in the MICE, corporate, and leisure segments, and drive growth through calls and events.

You will manage CRM activities, participate in campaigns, and represent the hotels at trade fairs and networking events, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to enhance market presence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hotel or hospitality sales environments.
• Fluent German and English; other languages an advantage.
• Ability to drive business through personal contact and CRM tools.

Aufgaben

• Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter: manage personal customer contacts and be the main contact for business partners and customers in key segments.
• Acquire new customers and maintain existing ones for MICE, Corporate and Leisure Groups via phone and activities.
• Help create and implement annual plans, campaigns and activities.
• Represent hotels at trade fairs, networking events, sales calls and events.
• Observe and analyze market trends and competitors.
• Conduct hotel tours for potential clients.
• Suggest strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to boost company performance.
• Maintain CRM, perform admin sales activities and follow-ups.
• Drive sales performance via MICE brokerage platforms.
