Altra Running is seeking a curious Media Intern for the VF EMEA Internship Program at our Stabio HQ. You will gain hands-on experience across paid media, SEO and content creation, supporting campaigns across Europe and collaborating with global teams and external agencies.

You will help localise campaigns, coordinate UGC and SEO projects, and ensure assets pass QA checks. The role is full-time for 12 months, starting February 1, 2027, with a gross monthly salary of 1,850 CHF, and a hybrid work

Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media and the running industry? At Altra Running, we are looking for a curious, creative and detail-oriented Media Intern to join our EMEA Marketing team and help inspire runners across Europe. As part of the role, you will gain hands-on experience across paid media, SEO and content creation initiatives, supporting campaigns that reach consumers across multiple European markets. You will collaborate with global and regional teams, as well as external agencies, helping turn marketing objectives into impactful campaigns that support brand awareness, engagement and business growth.

How You'll Make a Difference

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for as our Media Intern:

• Help bring full-funnel digital campaigns to life by supporting creative trafficking, localisation and optimisation across platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Spotify and more
• Assist in adapting and localising campaign messaging for different audiences and markets
• Assist with Amazon marketing initiatives, helping ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with internal teams, global stakeholders and agency partners to develop creative briefs that help turn campaign objectives into impactful creative executions
• Support UGC campaigns across key European markets, including agency coordination, creative feedback and product seeding
• Support technical and content SEO projects by coordinating agency and stakeholder implementation across various content initiatives, helping improve product discoverability, traffic growth and business performance across EMEA markets

Skills that will make you succeed:

• Curiosity for digital marketing, emerging social media trends and the evolving ways brands engage and connect with consumers across digital channels
• Strong enthusiasm for running, outdoor culture and helping create campaigns that inspire people to move and experience the Altra brand
• The ability to work with detail and accuracy when handling campaign assets, copy, translations and platform QA checks
• A collaborative mindset and curiosity to work with internal stakeholders, international teams, agencies and external partners
• Great organisational skills, with the capability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines across different projects
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn how global campaigns are adapted, launched and optimised across EMEA markets
• Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills; additional European languages are a plus

• Localise and optimise integrated paid media campaigns across key digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google and more, understanding how brands engage consumers throughout the funnel
• Coordinate UGC campaigns from briefing and creator sourcing to campaign go-live across multiple EMEA markets
• Coordinate SEO initiatives across multiple stakeholders, gaining hands‑on experience in how organic search contributes to brand visibility, traffic growth and business performance
• Collaborate effectively with international teams, agencies, creators and cross‑functional stakeholders to support high‑quality marketing campaigns at scale
• Manage cross‑functional marketing projects across markets, agencies and stakeholders while maintaining high standards of campaign execution, content quality and localisation accuracy
