Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a results-oriented Media Buyer for Telegram Ads, based in Switzerland. You will build a reliable Telegram traffic acquisition infrastructure, launch performance-driven campaigns, and optimize ad investments across international markets including the UK, Turkey, Germany, and Spain.

Remote-ready role with a global team in the iGaming sector. You will collaborate with tech and marketing to set up accounts and campaigns, run A/B tests, monitor analytics, and scale initiatives

Qualifications

• 6+ months hands-on Telegram Ads experience, preferably in betting or gambling.
• Strong understanding of Telegram advertising platforms and account management.
• Experience with advertising moderation in gambling vertical.
• Knowledge of Telegram funnel architecture: channels, bots, WebApps, Mini Apps, direct-link flows.
• Experience monitoring Telegram channel/bot analytics.
• Ability to scale campaigns through structured A/B testing, budget management and optimization.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics, audience segmentation and conversion optimization.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking to generate hypotheses and test approaches.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a reliable Telegram Ads traffic acquisition infrastructure with a portfolio of accounts.
• Coordinate with technical teams to configure integrations and ensure smooth campaign operations.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns in the betting/gambling vertical.
• Manage campaigns across key international markets (UK, Turkey, Germany, Spain).
• Oversee campaign performance across the lifecycle: launch, moderation, optimization, scaling.
• Develop and test creative concepts, messages, keywords, audience interests and targets.
• Design and implement A/B testing to evaluate variations and lift performance.
• Monitor advertising performance and analytics to assess acquisition efficiency.
• Manage advertising budgets strategically for sustainable growth.
• Develop and optimize Telegram acquisition funnels (channels, bots, WebApps, Mini Apps, direct-link).
• Monitor channel and bot analytics to understand user behavior and funnel effectiveness.

We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer specializing in Telegram Ads to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns within the international iGaming industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building reliable traffic acquisition infrastructure, launching performance-driven campaigns, and optimizing advertising investments across multiple markets. You will work with key regions, including the UK, Turkey, Germany, and Spain, helping drive customer acquisition and business growth. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to establish advertising accounts, integrations, and effective campaign processes. Through creative experimentation, audience research, and data-driven optimization, you will identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance. Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain a reliable Telegram Ads traffic acquisition infrastructure, including establishing and managing a portfolio of advertising accounts.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience buying traffic through Telegram Ads, preferably within the betting or gambling industry.
• Good understanding of Telegram advertising platforms and the structure and management of advertising accounts.
• Practical experience with advertising moderation requirements in the gambling vertical, including the ability to prepare appropriate advertising copy and creatives.
• Strong understanding of Telegram funnel architecture, including owned channels, bots, WebApps, Telegram Mini Apps, and direct-link acquisition flows.
• Experience monitoring and interpreting Telegram channel and bot analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to scale advertising campaigns through structured A/B testing, strategic budget management, and continuous performance optimization.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles, campaign metrics, audience segmentation, and conversion optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate new advertising hypotheses, test different approaches, and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple campaigns and advertising accounts simultaneously.
