The HW Integration Engineer (m/f/d) at Roche Diagnostics International AG project in Rotkreuz seeks a senior engineer with hands-on hardware/software integration experience in mechatronics. Formación

• Bachelor/Master in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems or Mechatronics engineering required.
• 5 years hands-on HW/SW integration, system-level testing or mechatronic troubleshooting.
• Experience in regulated environments (MedTech/Diagnostics/GxP) is advantageous.
• Proficient in scripting/programming for test execution and automation.
• Proficient with Linux environments and debugging.
• English fluency required; German beneficial for local collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead physical and logical integration of hardware and software modules into a cohesive system.
• Define and parameterize hardware and firmware for robust performance.
• Design advanced electromechanical test setups and conduct endurance tests.
• Monitor parameters and analyze data logs to drive improvements.
• Perform deep-dive root-cause analysis across electronics, mechanics, firmware, and software teams.
• Bridge R&D and production to ensure transfer of validated mechatronic designs.
