Tecan, a global life sciences leader, seeks a Marketing Trainee for the Partnering Business Division in Switzerland to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support sales through innovative marketing initiatives.

This fixed-term, 6-month program offers hands-on experience in ABM, digital campaigns, content creation, dashboards, CRM data quality, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing and Branding teams.

Qualifikationen

• Successful candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, data science, or information systems.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).

Aufgaben

• Support integrated and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage targeted customers and generate qualified leads
• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, digital ads, and webinars, ensuring consistency across touch points
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs
• Contribute to the development of marketing dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance metrics and insights
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality for accurate segmentation and lead tracking
• Contribute to brand awareness activities, including digital content creation, market insights and competitor research
• Support marketing-related events and internal communication activities
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams
