The role requires 1-2 years in Controlling or FP&A, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluency in English with German a plus. This on-site position offers exposure to business decision-making in a global consumer company.

Qualifikationen

• University or FH degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
• 1-2 years of Finance/Controlling/FP&A experience in a multinational environment is ideal.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with strong planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Be the Finance Business Partner to Marketing and support investment decisions.
• Be the SPOC for Brand owners and coordinate marketing investment plans.
• Own DME cost control, month-end close, and cost settlements.
• Lead the marketing budget and rolling forecast processes.
• Drive DME governance, reporting, and tool adoption locally.
• Develop ROI analyses for marketing investments and decision support.
• Ensure accurate allocation and reporting of DME spend and profitability.
