Zusammenfassung

Coc­a‑Cola HBC Schweiz AG is seeking a Financial Analyst for Category Profitability 80% (m/f/d) to partner with Marketing and drive financial governance across DME. The role values 1–2 years in FP&A or Controlling within FMCG, strong Excel skills, and English proficiency, with German a plus.

You will own budgeting, month-end close, governance, and ROI reviews, enabling data-driven investment decisions within a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• University or FH degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering ideally within FMCG or marketing-driven environments.
• Excellent analytical and proactive problem-solving abilities; ability to communicate with internal and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Be the Finance Business Partner to Marketing, supporting investment decisions and budget implementation.
• Act as the SPOC for The Coca Cola Company and brand owners, aligning marketing investment plans.
• Own month-end close, cost settlements, and DME governance with accurate reporting.
• Manage the fiscal year Marketing budget plan and rolling forecast processes.
• Develop ROI analyses and performance insights to guide data-driven investments.
• Ensure transparent DME allocation, reporting, and variance analysis at brand/customer level.
