Experis Switzerland is seeking a Manufacturing IT Architect 4.0 to design and deploy scalable manufacturing IT solutions for international industrial environments. You will lead architecture and integration of ERP, MES, WMS and data platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity between business and production domains.

The role travels 20-30% internationally, coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver robust digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture within manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
• Proven expertise in ERP/MES integration and production systems architecture.
• Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (C1+); French, German or any other language is a plus.
