At Beyond Gravity, we combine engineering excellence, innovation and a strong collaborative spirit to challenge the impossible. We are passionate about what we do, curious about new possibilities and committed to achieving outstanding results together.

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be a technical expert within our manufacturing organization, supporting the development, qualification and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes for composite aerospace components. You will work closely with engineering, production, quality and project teams to ensure robust, efficient and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Your Mission

Provide technical expertise in material selection, material properties and manufacturing processes, supporting complex technical challenges across the product lifecycle.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvement and translating production feedback into practical process enhancements.

Support production operations by leading root-cause investigations, resolving complex technical issues and defining effective corrective and preventive actions.

Drive design for manufacturing and cost optimization, promoting standardization, manufacturability and cost-effective product solutions.

Lead material and process qualification activities, including the definition of qualification methods for specialized processes, repairs, non-destructive inspection and failure analysis.

Develop technical documentation, including process specifications, manufacturing work instructions, technical reports and engineering dispositions.

Support product development and introduction, contributing manufacturing expertise to new products, technologies and production processes.

Lead cross-functional technical projects, coordinating activities, managing priorities, and taking responsibility for technical deliverables, schedules and budgets.

Contribute to technical audits and compliance, identifying gaps and ensuring appropriate follow-up within your area of expertise.

Promote operational excellence, applying Lean Manufacturing principles to improve production flow, eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.

You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment and the ability to balance technical requirements with cost, quality and schedule considerations.

You are an effective communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues and working with specialists across different disciplines.

You are curious, adaptable and passionate about continuous improvement, with the confidence to challenge existing approaches and develop new solutions.

You demonstrate a collaborative mindset, take ownership of your work and contribute positively to a supportive, high-performance team.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

Experience in the aerospace or space manufacturing industry and an understanding of its technologies and market dynamics.
