Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking a Manufacturing Associate (Level 3) for an international biotech company in the Solothurn area. The role starts in October for 12 months with a 5-shift work model.

Responsibilities include executing automated manufacturing steps, monitoring upstream processes, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Senior level adds troubleshooting, protocol validation, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; typically 6–8 years in a related industry or 5–7 years Pharma/Biotech experience.
• Bachelor's degree in related field with 3–4 years Pharma/Biotech experience.
• Exposure to DeltaV or Syncade or similar automated systems.
• Experience in highly regulated industry.
• Languages: English min. B2; German or French are an asset.

About Our Client

For our client, an international biotech company, in Solothurn area, we are looking for a Manufacturing Associate (a) Level 3. To start in October for the next 12 months in a 5 shifts work model.

Job Description

Depending on the experience level, the Manufacturing Associate (a) will be responsible for the following task area (the level will be assessed during the interview with the line manager):

• Executing manufacturing (automated) processing steps and/or manufacturing support activities
• Monitoring upstream processes
• Following safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operating and maintaining production equipment and facilities in a safe and efficient manner

If senior manufacturing associate experience:

• Investigation and troubleshooting/adjustments of equipment/system setup if process issues arise
• Validating protocols, and revising cGMP documentation if necessary
• Training junior manufacturing associates

The Successful Applicant

• High school diploma or equivalent experience and typiically 6-8 years in related industry or 5-7 years Pharma/Biotech industry OR
• Bachelor degree in related filed with 3-4 years Pharma/Biotech professional experience
• Exposure to Delta V or Syncade or similar automated systems
• Experience in highly regulated industry
• Languages: English min. B2, German or French are an asset
