Zusammenfassung

Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG in Switzerland seeks an experienced Industrial Participation Manager to drive and negotiate participation programmes in collaboration with authorities and customers.

You will prepare and review proposals, supervise project milestones, and generate internal and external reporting, while traveling internationally to support programmes and build relations with partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in aerospace or defence sectors, with exposure to industrial participation.
• Technical and/or commercial education as a minimum.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of German.
• Willingness to travel extensively internationally on short notice.

Aufgaben

• Identifying, generating and negotiating solutions for industrial participation programmes.
• Preparation and review of industrial participation proposals and business plans.
• Supervising and managing the project execution and milestones.
