Job summary

pflegimuri in Muri AG sucht eine/n Head of Care, um die Pflegephilosophie MEINE 24 STUNDEN weiterzuentwickeln. Sie steuern das Pflege- und Unterstützungsmanagement, übersetzen Inhalte für Angehörige und Angehörige im interprofessionellen Kontext und arbeiten eng mit dem Activation Manager sowie einem Team von ca.

7 Mitarbeitenden und zwei HF-Studenten zusammen. Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut oder gleichwertig mit und idealerweise eine MAS/Master in Gerontologie;

Qualifications

• Abschluss als Ergotherapeut oder gleichwertige medizinisch-therapeutische Ausbildung.
• Höhere Qualifikation MAS/Master, ideal in Gerontologie, oder Bereitschaft zur Erlangung.
• Nachweisliche Führungserfahrung in einem Pflegeteam.

Responsibilities

• Weiterentwicklung der Pflegephilosophie MEINE 24 STUNDEN.
• Übersetzungsarbeiten in interprofessionellen Teams bzw. für Angehörige und Pflegepersonen.
• Leitung des Activation Managers sowie eines Teams von ca. 7 Mitarbeitenden und zwei HF-Studenten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachgruppen fördern, um eine zukunftsorientierte Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen.

pflegimuri is the competence center for long-term care in the upper Freiamt and has been firmly anchored in the heart of Muri since 1909 in the former Benedictine monastery. With 235 beds, we are one of the larger institutions in the region. As a member of the management team for care and support, you are responsible for the further development of our broadly supported, cross-departmental care philosophy MEINE 24 STUNDEN.
You have a healthy perspective on aging, skillfully contextualize the life realities of older and elderly people, and perform translation work both in interprofessional teams and for relatives and caregivers.
The care area includes cultural and volunteer work and activation. The latter is led by the Activation Manager and includes a team of around 7 employees as well as two HF students.
As a team player, you openly engage with the opinions and perspectives of other professional groups, thereby promoting fruitful and future-oriented collaboration.

What you bring – that makes you a perfect fit for us

• For this important key position, you bring a completed training as an occupational therapist or an equivalent from the medical therapeutic setting, such as social work or a related field.
• Your basic training is complemented by a higher qualification at the MAS or Master's level, ideally in gerontology, or you are willing to obtain this.
• Proven leadership experience rounds off your profile.
