Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on expertise in mammalian protein expression and purification (CHO/HEK).
• Production/industrial experience with attention to titer, yield and turnaround.
• Proven track record of scalable, reliable production and reproducibility.
• Collaborative mindset across automation and software teams.
• Experience with process data tracking and quality control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and run mammalian expression hands-on (CHO/HEK, transient and stable).
• Own purification across Protein A, IEX, SEC and related methods.
• Turn expression and purification into automated, high-throughput capabilities.
• Partner with lab automation to scale workflows and reduce manual steps.
• Work with software to track samples and process parameters for observable yields.
