Adaptyv seeks a hands-on mammalian expression scientist to build and scale protein production (CHO/HEK) in a fully automated lab in Lausanne. You’ll drive expression and purification, ensure titer and quality, and push toward high-throughput, robust workflows that feed the platform.

You’ll partner with automation and software teams to track samples, capture data, and make production observable and predictable, with a focus on reliability and repeatability.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on mammalian expression and purification experience (CHO/HEK).
• Industrial-scale production or manufacturing background with focus on yield and turnaround.
• Experience enabling production reliability and scale-up.
• Ability to automate workflows and collaborate with automation teams.
• Data-driven mindset with scripting or data analysis is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop, optimize, and run mammalian expression (CHO/HEK).
• Own purification across Protein A, IEX, SEC and related steps.
• Turn expression and purification into automated, high-throughput processes.
• Collaborate with lab automation to scale workflows onto automated systems.
• Track samples and process data; ensure production is observable and reliable.
