Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Specialist Neurodevelopment at Nestlé Research to lead and contribute to studies on nutrition and infant/child neurodevelopment. This role involves designing clinical protocols and delivering evidence across interdisciplinary teams and external partners.

The position requires a PhD with postdoctoral experience, strong clinical research skills, and fluency in English. Office-based in Lausanne, with a permanent contract and a 100% workload.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in nutrition neuroscience or related biomedical discipline.
• Experience with early-life research and paediatric cognitive/behavioral outcomes is preferred.
• Clinical research skills to shape protocols and coordinate studies.

Aufgaben

• Lead research projects advancing understanding of nutrition in infant and child neurodevelopment.
• Design and deliver clinical studies generating credible evidence and developmental insights.
• Build collaborations with scientific partners to identify opportunities and strengthen outcomes.
• Interpret cognitive, motor, language, behavioural, social-emotional, and brain development outcomes.
• Communicate findings through presentations, reports, publications, and stakeholder materials.
