Zusammenfassung

Synpulse, a global management and technology consultancy with Swiss roots, invites you to join our AI Engineering Internship in Zurich starting October 2026 for six months. You will work with experienced AI Engineers, Software Engineers and Consultants to develop AI-powered solutions for financial institutions.

From day one you write code, prototype ideas and contribute to client and internal projects using AI Agents, LLMs and RAG.

Qualifikationen

• Final-year Master's student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, ML, Data Science, Robotics, Mathematics, Physics or similar.
• Excellent academic record from a leading university or university of applied sciences.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Passion for AI and software engineering.
• Experience with ML or Generative AI through academic or personal projects.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Curious, self-driven and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

We are looking for an AI Engineering Intern to join our team in Zurich from October 2026 (or by agreement) for a six-month internship with the opportunity to transition into a permanent AI Engineering role upon successful completion.

As an AI Engineering Intern, you will join our AI Engineering team in Zurich and work alongside experienced AI Engineers, Software Engineers and Consultants to develop innovative AI solutions for leading financial institutions.

This is not a research-only internship. From your very first day, you will write code, build AI-powered applications, prototype new ideas and contribute to real client and internal projects. You'll work with state-of-the-art AI technologies—including AI Agents, Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)—to transform cutting‑edge AI into production-ready solutions.

This internship is designed as a pipeline for future AI Engineers at Synpulse. High‑performing interns will be considered for a permanent AI Engineering position upon successful completion of the internship.
