Lincoln International is seeking German-speaking Analysts to join our growing M&A practice in Zurich, Switzerland. Successful candidates have strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, want to develop their professional and personal skills and are motivated by the opportunity to help build a leading M&A advisory franchise.

The Swiss office was established in 2014 and is fully integrated into Lincoln International’s global platform. The team combines strong local market expertise with access to the firm’s international network and sector capabilities. Your Role

• Performing financial analyses and valuations
• Conducting industry research
• Identifying potential buyers or acquisition targets
• Preparing confidential information memoranda, management presentations and other marketing materials
• Interacting with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives
• Supporting due diligence and transaction execution through closing
• Leading or implementing initiatives focused on growing the firm’s franchise value

• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated interest in M&A, ideally through prior work experience or internships
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance combined with business acumen
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Master’s degree with excellent academic credentials
