Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in luxury restaurant, bar, or hospitality operations.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and engage high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue, profitability, budgets, and cost-control experience.
• Fluent English and German and/or French required; additional languages advantageous.
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work authorization required.
