Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Geneva is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the Marketing team across Central and Eastern Europe regions. You will handle data extraction, monitor KPIs, prepare weekly boutique reports, and create presentations for meetings and events.

You will assist the Retail Marketing Manager, help plan in-store events, and coordinate gift orders with regional teams. Join a dynamic luxury environment with strong growth opportunities, language requirements in English and French,

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
• University studies in Marketing/Clienteling or related field.
• First work experience (e.g., student job or internships).

Responsibilities

• Data extraction and analysis to monitor Clienteling-KPIs.
• Weekly boutique reporting.
• Create/update presentations for meetings and events.
• Assist Retail Marketing Manager in various tasks.
• Support planning and execution of in-store events.
• Coordinate gift orders, tracking, and performance reporting.
