Job summary

Bvlgari Switzerland in Neuchâtel is seeking an Internal Communication & HR Projects Trainee for a 6-month traineeship starting February 2027. You will assist on internal communication and HR projects, supporting deployment across Watches, Fragrances and Retail divisions.

You are pursuing a Master’s degree in HR or business, with a passion for coordinating projects, a good eye for aesthetics, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR project coordination with a balance of creative and operational tasks.
• Good eye for aesthetics and brand image; fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of internal communication and HR projects from content creation to coordination.
• Contribute to writing, design and production of materials aligned with luxury image.
• Provide logistical, hospitality and administrative support for transversal HR initiatives.
• Support Talent Development and Employer Branding projects with campus activities and stakeholder coordination.
• Help drive employee engagement initiatives such as internal clubs to strengthen community spirit.
