Job summary

BVLGARI Switzerland seeks a motivated Internal Communication & HR Projects Trainee for a 6‑month internship starting February 2027 in Neuchâtel. You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development Senior Manager to deploy HR initiatives across Watches, Fragrances and Retail divisions.

You will contribute to employee engagement, development and employer branding efforts, while bringing BVLGARI’s luxury culture to life through structured collaboration with multiple

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Interest in HR project coordination and a strong sense of aesthetics and brand image.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communication and HR projects from content creation to coordination.
• Write, design and production of communication materials aligned with luxury branding.
• Provide logistical, hospitality and administrative support for transversal HR initiatives.
• Assist Talent Development and Employer Branding projects and campus activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal clubs.
