Mandarin Oriental Savoy Zurich is seeking a dedicated Steward to join our Culinary Department in the heart of the Old Town. The role focuses on cleaning dishes, kitchen equipment, and maintaining clean, organized workspaces.

You will report to the Stewarding Supervisor and have weekend and holiday shifts. We seek someone with experience in upscale hospitality, a service mindset, teamwork, and pride in high-quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the cleaning sector within upscale hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation and quality awareness.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Good manners and sense of responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Clean and store cutlery, glass, crockery and porcelain, plus cooking utensils.
• Clean all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors and walls.
• Proper use and handling of cleaning agents.
• Care, maintenance and handling of equipment.
• Waste disposal in line with company guidelines.
• Proper storage and organization of kitchen areas.
