• Meet and exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
• Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand.
• Provide luxury service with product, fashion and styling knowledge.
• Follow the Client journey to elevate the client experience in-store.
• Deliver after-sales services and efficient follow-up with clients.
• Contribute to daily store operations, maintain luxury visual standards, assist with inventory, markdowns and stockroom maintenance.
• Follow policies and procedures; maintain Burberry visual guidelines.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and work by appointment to promote loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Capture new luxury clients to grow the client book with a commercial mindset.
• Drive client retention through regular contact and tailored follow-ups.
