Astrafy SA is seeking a data analytics professional to drive customer data initiatives across business and technical domains in Genf, Switzerland. You will design Looker dashboards, model data in BigQuery and dbt, and publish scalable analytics that empower stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a dynamic team and climate for innovation. You will contribute to building modern data platforms, share insights, and publish articles to advance Astrafy’s data capabilities and industry

Qualifikationen

• Experience with enterprise-grade BI tools (Looker, Data Studio).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Google Cloud knowledge (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Function ...).
• Good understanding of dbt.
• Good understanding of end-to-end pipeline design and implementation (ETL).
• Experience with dbt and Git.
• Strong data visualization skills to convey information and results clearly.
• Attention to detail and quality with excellent problem-solving.
• Analytics and solution-oriented mindset.
• Team player and independent work style.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (with colleagues and external stakeholders).
• Fluent English and French.

Your mission

You will work on different projects to help Astrafy customers get the most out of their data. You will work on the business and technical sides of the customer use case.

On the business side:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs.
• Challenge and refine the requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Perform a thorough analysis of the client's database to assess the available data.
• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to validate KPIs.
• Define visualizations and the overall dashboard structure in Looker (using Miro or Figma)

On the technical side:

• Build or refine the data model to support Looker’s data exploration (using BigQuery and dbt).
• Develop LookML models for transforming and structuring data.
• Ensure flexibility for users to explore custom reports.
• Focus on usability and clear data presentation.
• Leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance user experience
