Job summary

Jobup is seeking a Logistics Team Leader for the Goods Receipt area in Switzerland. You will lead and develop a team of about 10, ensuring efficient, timely goods receipt processes while maintaining quality standards.

The role involves identifying optimization opportunities and driving improvements across daily operations. You should have several years of logistics experience, leadership exposure, strong digital systems skills, MS Office proficiency, and German at least at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Several years of logistics experience, ideally in e-commerce.
• Leadership experience or demonstrable leadership skills (team leadership, shift supervision).
• Confident handling of digital systems and MS Office.
• Clear written and oral communication in German (B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the goods receipt team (~10 people).
• Ensure efficient and timely goods receipt processes with quality standards.
• Identify improvements and independently implement optimization measures.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
