Zusammenfassung

Johnson Electric Group in Switzerland is seeking a Line Coach Maintenance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our production lines through proactive and reactive maintenance. You will lead technical interventions, perform structured troubleshooting and RCA, and optimize preventive maintenance while coaching technicians in a multilingual, fast-paced, global setting.

Qualifikationen

Completed vocational training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or equivalent.
Significant experience in industrial maintenance, with complex equipment and technical systems.
Strong ability to read technical drawings and perform machine setup and adjustments.

Aufgaben

Ensure compliance with SUVA safety regulations and HSE standards during all technical interventions.
Act as the technical reference for the assigned area and provide technical leadership during complex breakdowns.
Ensure equipment reliability through structured troubleshooting, RCA, and sustainable corrective actions.
Optimize preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies and define scopes for N1/N2/N3 maintenance.
Coach and support technicians, transfer critical technical knowledge, and develop their autonomy.
