You will provide guidance to business lines, monitor FINMA requirements, support AML, draft banking contracts, and oversee regulatory reporting. The role demands strong analytical skills, independence, and the ability to liaise with senior management in a demanding financial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience in legal and compliance within a bank or regulated financial institution is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Swiss banking law, FINMA requirements, AML regulations and governance.
• Experience in audits and inspections is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and liaise with senior management.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to business lines and operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Swiss banking laws, FINMA regulations, and internal policies.
• Support the AML program, including complex case review and escalation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate banking contracts and legal documents.
• Prepare and oversee regulatory reporting and communications with FINMA and authorities.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, audits, and implement control measures.
