Job summary

Collège Champittet seeks an energetic Leadership Camp intern to assist the Camp Manager with recruitment, program development, and operations for a summer camp in Lausanne, Switzerland.

You will help recruit campers, craft engaging activities, coordinate logistics, and support marketing and admissions tasks. The role runs from June 28 to August 1, 2027, with a strong emphasis on hands‑on leadership and youth development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university (Bachelor’s) or HES, ideally with hospitality or events interest.
• Autonomous, flexible, proactive, organized and team‑oriented.
• Fluent in French and English; strong communication.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Passionate about youth development and education; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective campers, respond to inquiries and manage registration processes.
• Develop and refine camp activities; contact suppliers for arrangements.
• Support logistics, schedules, transportation, and on‑site coordination.
• Assist with marketing content creation (reels, TikTok, photos) before and during camp.
• Support Admissions events (Open Days, campus visits).
