Jobtailor is seeking a UI/UX designer who owns the design process for web apps, landing pages, and SaaS interfaces. You shape strategy, persona development, wireframes, prototypes in Figma, and final design with accessibility in mind.

You work closely with clients and developers, leveraging design systems like ShadCN and AI tools to accelerate concepts and create compelling visual proposals. This role rewards proactive collaboration and high‑quality delivery.

• Take design ownership for web projects—from websites to SaaS interfaces.
• Run projects end-to-end: strategy, persona development, moodboards, wireframes, prototyping in Figma, final design.
• Work with design systems and craft accessible solutions tailored to clients.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify requirements, present concepts, and gather feedback.
• Incorporate animations, transitions and micro-interactions from the outset.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Prepare assets and presentations in Figma Slides and support email and marketing campaigns.
