Google is seeking an experienced Interaction Designer to join our UX team in Zurich. You will transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences for billions, from user flows to prototypes, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management.

You should have 8+ years in UX, a portfolio showcasing creator tools and media workflows, and a track record mentoring cross-functional designers and guiding multi-year design goals. This is a full-time on-site role in Zürich.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience designing creator tools, video editing workflows, CMS, or media publishing platforms.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional UX designers and managing multi-year product design goals.

Aufgaben

• Modernize core upload and publish flows, smart drafts, and comprehensive metadata editing to take the anxiety and friction out of publishing.
• Craft intelligent, AI-powered tools and optimizations for titles, thumbnails, tags, and metadata that maximize a creator’s reach and audience engagement.
• Empower storytelling through advanced capabilities like title and thumbnail A/B testing and seamless integrations with powerful video editing platforms.
