Drive the long-term UX goal for YouTube Studio and Creator Support, ensuring alignment across YouTube.
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary UX team across Zurich and Bangalore, fostering collaboration.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content Design to influence stakeholders and align regional strategies.
Advocate for scalable design systems while leveraging AI capabilities to enhance creator workflows and experience consistency.
Maintain high visual and interaction quality standards and make product decisions grounded in creator needs.
