Job summary

Centre neuchâtelois de psychiatrie seeks a Psychologist in Charge of the Psychoanalytic Seminar of the Jura Arc (SPsyAJ). The role focuses on strategic, pedagogical and organisational management of SPsyAJ within IFRSM, ensuring high teaching quality, sustainability and development.

The candidate will lead and coordinate activities in close collaboration with IFRSM. Start date 1 December 2026 or to be agreed; workplace Préfargier site, 2074 Marin-Epagnier; 30% work rate; permanent CDI contract;

Qualifications

• Federal postgraduate title in psychotherapy is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinically recognized psychologist-psychotherapist experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize the SPsyAJ activities to ensure operation under delegation from Medical Directorate and IFRSM leadership.
• Ensure financial viability and resource pooling with IFRSM for sustainability and optimisation.
• Promote the pathway to professionals, institutions and universities.
• Coordinate strategic reflections on postgraduate and continuing training with CNP Medical Directorate and FSP.
• Support accreditation processes and maintain quality in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interprofessional networks and other training pathways.
