Job summary

CNP is seeking a Lead Psychologist for outpatient services at Neuchâtel, 60% FTE, CDI. You will lead clinical care quality, supervise staff, and develop psychotherapeutic practices within an interdisciplinary team.

The role involves training, supervision and outreach, with a strong focus on collaboration with medical management and external partners. The position offers a high value clinical/managerial role in a recognised public health institution, with attractive benefits and a canton-wide

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or an equivalent federally recognised qualification.
• Postgraduate qualification in psychotherapy from a recognised orientation (≥3 years).
• Proven several years of experience as a psychologist-psychotherapist.
• Previous experience in supervision and training.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss and cantonal health system.
• Familiarity with common IT tools.
• Collaborative leadership and ability to delegate.
• Strategic vision and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, pedagogical and communication skills.
• Analytical and synthetic thinking, creativity and adaptability.
• Strong sense of ethics, discretion and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in defining, implementing and monitoring clinical and organisational objectives.
• Ensure leadership, organisation and management of the service.
• Plan activities to guarantee quality of care and team welfare.
• Carry out specific mandates and lead assigned projects.
• Develop direct clinical practice and conduct assessments and therapeutic indications.
• Lead integrated psychotherapeutic treatments and counselling interventions.
• Work with interdisciplinary networks and attend meetings.
• Participate in postgraduate training, supervision and outreach.
