headcount is seeking a Lead Project Manager in Switzerland to guide a technically strong PM team and drive customer excellence. You will shape project delivery and people development in a GMP environment.

Lead, coach and empower Project Managers, collaborate with Operations, Sales and technical teams, and foster a customer‑centric culture within a growing Life Sciences organisation.

Qualifikationen

• You will lead and coach a team of Project Managers.
• Experience leading projects in a GMP environment is required.
• First‑line leadership experience or a proven coaching track record is needed.
• Strong confidence working with customers and senior stakeholders.

We’re supporting a leading Life Sciences organisation in Switzerland looking for a Lead Project Manager to take ownership of a technically strong Project Management team. This isn’t about managing the largest global accounts. It’s about developing people, driving customer excellence and creating an environment where Project Managers can do their best work.

What you’ll do

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers
• Act as the first point of escalation for customers and internal stakeholders
• Improve project management practices and ways of working
• Work closely with Operations, Sales and technical teams
• Help shape a customer‑centric culture within a growing organisation

What we’re looking for

You’ll probably recognise yourself in most of these:

• A scientific background within Pharma, Biotech, CRO or CDMO
• Experience leading projects in a GMP environment
• First‑line leadership experience, or a strong track record of coaching technical teams
• Confidence working with customers and senior stakeholders
• Someone who enjoys developing people just as much as delivering projects
