Zusammenfassung

Virtusan, a Swiss-based longevity ecosystem, seeks a senior product/UX designer to own the end-to-end design of our mobile experiences. You will shape how users interact with health data, translate biometric signals into clear guidance, and drive real habit formation.

You will conduct research, prototype rapidly, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to ship polished flows across the app while maintaining a high standard of experience quality.

Qualifikationen

• 6 to 7 years of experience as a product or UX designer, with end-to-end ownership shown in a portfolio.
• Proven ability to originate product concepts, not just refine existing ones.
• Deep mobile app design experience with iOS patterns and small screen constraints.
• Strong user research skills: design, run, synthesize, and act on studies.
• Expert-level Figma skills and clean, efficient design process; experience with AI tools to accelerate workflows.
• Fast prototyping and concept validation to prove before building.

Aufgaben

• Originate new product concepts from scratch and design complete user journeys translating biometric data into daily guidance.
• Plan and run user research: interviews, usability tests, diary studies, in-app feedback loops.
• Build and evolve app version with fast prototyping in Figma or Claude Design, ensuring speed without sacrificing fundamentals.
• Maintain design library and high-fidelity mockups; ensure consistency across components and interactions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship designed features and iterate based on evidence.
• Define success metrics, test assumptions pre- and post-launch, and spot issues to fix.
