Qualifikationen

• MS or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years applying ML, statistics, experimentation or optimization in production.
• Ownership of end-to-end ML solutions with accountability for quality and impact.
• Strong foundation in ML methods, experimental design, data analysis, and production-ready coding.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and apply ML models to solve business problems in EG Advertising.
• Translate business questions into measurable scientific problems and define success metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts to productionize models.
• Build scalable approaches across feature engineering, modelling, and AB testing.
• Safely integrate AI/ML solutions including GenAI approaches for experimentation and system capabilities.
• Document, review code, monitor models, and ensure reliable production deployment.
