Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience applying ML, statistical modeling, or related quantitative methods to problems with ownership across a service or product area.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills with ML methods and evaluation techniques.
• Working knowledge of system design, API design, and data modeling for ML-enabled products.

• Develop, evaluate, and improve ML models addressing Air product and business problems.
• Translate ambiguous problems into measurable objectives and select data, models, and evaluation methods.
• Partner with engineers, product managers, scientists, analysts, and domain experts to deploy ML solutions as reliable products.
• Analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Design and conduct experiments, apply causal-inference methods, interpret results, and iterate.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions with familiarity of AI-driven workflows.
