On is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead Lightspray SMU development within its Footwear Creation team in Zürich. You will own end-to-end project delivery, from strategy to sign-off, collaborating with Product Management, Sourcing, and Design to align with company goals.

The role requires deep knowledge of footwear materials and manufacturing processes, strong root-cause analysis, and the ability to work autonomously across global hubs. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive experience in footwear development.
• Knowledge of footwear manufacturing processes, tooling, molding, injecting, welding, lasting, and assembly.
• Strong root-cause analysis mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities for senior management and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end creation of SMUs and Special projects within the creation organization.
• Manage multiple Lightspray projects from strategy through product sign-off.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sourcing and Design during validation meetings.
• Coordinate with global development hubs in Zurich and Vietnam on timelines and roles.
• Drive development timelines to meet critical calendar milestones.
